STEPS TO MAKE A BOOKING

1. Book into Learning Conference via Session Keeper. Please click here to make a booking. 

2. Class teacher will confirm time and date via Microsoft Teams in the Class Parent Communication Channel.  Prior to scheduled learning conference, please ensure you have logged into your child's Microsoft Teams Account and replied to your child's teacher.  All parents would have received an email from CECG  (27th April) outlining how to access Microsoft Teams. If you don't remember you child's log in details please email Brendon Pye prior to your scheduled learning conference. brendon.pye@cg.catholic.edu.au

3. ON THE DAY OF YOUR LEARNING CONFERENCE

a) Log into Microsoft Teams.

b) Click on your child's class name communication channel eg. Kinder Green Parent Communication Channel. Your child's name will appear with a locked symbol next to it. This means this channel is only accessible by your child and the teacher. 

c) At the time of your meeting, a video camera icon will appear. Click JOIN

4. STRUCTURE OF THE LEARNING CONFERENCE

Each Learning Conference has been allocated 12 minutes per student. As meetings are scheduled for all families, it is vital that families are on time to their learning conference and stick to the allocated 12 minutes. Teachers will need to end the conference after that time. 

Parents/carers will be asked to share their insights of their child as a learner. Specific reference to the remote learning experience would be beneficial. 

Students in Year 3-6 are encouraged to attend their conference with the aim of them taking ownership of their learning. Conferences for students in Kindergarten  - Year 2 will be between parents and teachers ONLY.

Access to this online booking system will close on Wednesday 10th June at 5pm, to allow for teachers to plan the meeting schedule and forward families information about accessing Microsoft Team Video Conference.
