This applies to both Preschool Families and families whose children attend Before and After School Care.

Updated Immunisation Records

If your child has had their 4 year old immunisations since enrolment period last year, can you please email the ELC the updated Medicare Immunisation History Statement. We are required to maintain up to date records of student immunisation data.
