Our First Welcome From the P&F

Welcome to 2023 - P&F kicks off!

Wednesday 15 February 2023 was the first meeting of the P&F, which also included the AGM. We had a fabulous turnout with a great number of parents attending (both new and familiar faces). It was a wonderful first meeting with a shared vision and commitment to continuing to build and foster our community over the coming year. Thanks to those who participated via MS Teams, it is a difficult juggle!

We are excited to welcome our incoming P&F Executive Committee:

●      President - Josie Perrott (Florence 1G)

●      Vice President - Courtney Cooke (Jordan 2R, Lana ELC)

●      Secretary - Louise Bartholomew (Alameta ELC)

●      Assistant Secretary - James Atkinson (Andrew 4R)

●      Treasurer - Natalie Nombreuse (Ethan 3W)

●      Event Coordinator - Lisa Bauer (Chloe 6G)

●      Communication and Engagement Coordinator - Steph McNulty (Ava ELC, Zara 1R), supported by Simon Bugden (Theodore 1G, Sadie 2G)

●      Uniform Shop Coordinators - Ginny Tapia (Evelyn 2R) and Katie Williams (Hugh 2R, Hannah KG)

Thank you to those committee members who have contributed and supported the P&F and school in 2022 - your dedication and hard work is valued, particularly during the difficult period as we started to come out of COVID restrictions later in the year. Your contribution enables our school community to continue to thrive, thank you!

We encourage anyone to attend our P&F meetings and invite ideas or feedback! Please email us if you wish to connect htpspfpresident@gmail.com.

Upcoming Term 1 events

Franks a lot to those who were able to make it to the Welcome BBQ! It was a real weiner, with so many saying how wonderful it was to connect with others after a few years of limited in-person events.

P&F volunteers needed!

Ready, bready, go - hot cross bun coordinator

Seriously dough, this is a pie for help!

We are looking for a parent who can rise to the challenge as the coordinator for our P&F fundraising event - selling hot cross buns at the end of Term 1.

The process is a piece of cake - and members of the P&F will guide you through the steps.

If you are interested or would like more information, please email: htpspfevents@gmail.com.

Calling for Casserole Bank Cooks

Do you have some time on your hands? Have a love for cooking?

We are looking for more ‘cooks’ to join our casserole bank team.

Meals are made by you in your home, and stored in the P&F freezer to provide to any family needing a little more support in their lives. It's an anonymous program and is a wonderful service for many in our community.

If you would like to find out more please email: htpspfevents@gmail.com.

P&F volunteering comes in many forms!

Would you like to get involved in supporting your school community?

There are many volunteer opportunities (large or small). If you are interested and would like to know more, fill out the form and we will be in touch:
