Dear Families, 

Welcome to Week 9! What a fabulous Term with some wonderful activities and functions that has seen many parents able to enjoy the learning and growth of our children, actually on school grounds! A huge thank you to our incredible teachers and staff who show such passion and enthusiasm every day. You really are making a difference to the lives of your precious students.

Each year I am involved with our beautiful school, I am truly impressed at how capable, resilient and hard working our Year 6 Leaders are. I know I'm calling this early, but this year is no exception, with signs of future leaders already evident. I love working with them in the tuckshop, seeing them take charge at the swimming carnival, and looking out for the younger students. It's so great to see!

The role of the Board is an advisory one, with four main focus areas: finance; curriculum; policies, and building/maintenance. The School Board plays a vital role in the governance of the school, along with the school executive and Fr John.

We are extremely fortunate to have so much parent interest, not just in the School Board, but the P&F and other school activities. What a wonderful and warm community to be a part of.
