Welcome to 2024 - opportunities to join P&F

The P&F is a group of parents, carers and friends who support the school through fundraising, uniform, canteen and other activities. In 2023, we organised a number of fun events including Special Tuckshop Days, Trivia Night, Mother’s and Father’s Day stalls, the annual Kids Disco, working bees, and the Fete. The funds raised have helped the school revamp the oval and will also contribute to the new playground.

At the beginning of each year, the P&F holds an AGM to appoint individuals to Executive Office and Coordinator roles. At our AGM on Monday, the P&F elected:

Treasurer, Natalie Nombreuse’
Uniform Shop Coordinators, Ginny Taipia, Katie Williams and Romy Doherty
Special Services Coordinator, Sofia Dimitrelis
Class Coordinator-Coordinator, Michelle Cains

We are looking for people interested in the following Executive Coordinator roles, including:

Communication and Engagement Coordinator
Events Coordinator
Fundraising and Donations Coordinator

This year, we will continue to organise these great events and welcome anyone to join us in this effort. There are many opportunities to participate in the P&F at any commitment level.

There are many exciting events organised for Term 1. Save these dates in your diary, and keep informed for more info through Compass, school newsletter, and your WhatsApp class chat.

5 March (Week 6)	Special Tuckshop Day	Lunch	Special Tuckshop Days are fundraising events in which a year group organises for the school each term. Orders are made through Qkr! under the P & F section. Year 3 is organising this Day, and details to come!
19 March (Week 8)	P&F meeting	7pm School Kitchen	All welcome - there is no pressure to get involved. See what goes on behind the scenes
22 March (Week 8)	School Community BBQ	5:30pm School Oval	Each Term 1 of the school year, the P&F and School organise a BBQ on a Friday evening for our families as an opportunity to meet other families and welcome the new school year. As our oval is still growing, we will hold our BBQ in week 8 of the term. More details on what to bring will be provided.

Uniform Shop

The Uniform Shop is open on Tuesday mornings in the odd weeks of school term from 8:30am to 9:00 am.

If you are unable to attend the Uniform Shop in person, please place an order through Qkr! App by 2pm the previous Friday. Uniform orders will be delivered to your child’s class on the following Tuesday.
