Sacrament of First Eucharist

Thank you very much to parents who were able to attend the First Eucharist Information Night on Tuesday via MS Teams. We appreciate your time and involvement.

If you have not done so already, a reminder to please register your child to make this sacrament via the North Woden Transfiguration Parish QKR! App.

For families who were unable to attend, please click here for the slides from the Parent Information Night for your reference.

We kindly ask you to complete the following forms as soon as possible:

• Home Group Selection Form – Please choose a home group for your child to participate in.
• Mass Selection Form – Please select a Mass for your child to receive the Sacrament.
