Dear Friends,

It is hard to believe that we have come to the end of another year at Holy Trinity!!

Words cannot express my gratitude for everything you have contributed throughout the year to support our school Mission and Vision and your child's learning.  It is with sadness that we farewell the following families, many who have made significant contributions throughout their association here at Holy Trinity.  We  wish the following families  continued success and happiness into the future:

One of the parents of our families who leave our school today (Jeanette Corbitt) has sent us some wonderful tips to share with all parents about being a part of the community and being involved:

* don’t forget dads too can do Tuckshop, both Mick and I have done that for years and the kids love seeing us there
*  coaching or managing a sport team is also really rewarding and great fun, I loved watching our netball Jets grow and many are rep players now
* sharing your expertise with the kids through the IB units of enquiry is another way to contribute to the kids’ learning
* vacuuming - well to be honest I hated the few times I did that so left that to Mick, which often ended with drinks at the “Stato”, so he enjoyed that one
*  of course class coordinator has been good. One social event is all we managed this year, but for the few that turned up it was lovely to connect
* casserole bank - which was a god send the other week when I was sick with Mick on deployment. What other school parent can send an email to the school in the morning and receive 6 meals that afternoon?!
* Oh and I nearly forgot working bees - when we could make them!
