Welcome to Holy Trinity Primary School.
Holy Trinity prides itself on living out Jesus’ message of Faith, Hope and Love upholding the equality, dignity and worth of each individual. The school’s mission is to inspire connections with our God, ourselves, our learning and our world. This mission aims to develop curious, inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who are responsible for creating a compassionate and more peaceful world in the future. We offer an engaging, relevant and stimulating curriculum that prepares our students to meet the challenges of tomorrow. We strive to nurture students who are internationally minded with an understanding of their responsibility in the world. We have a strong focus on the development of skills in Literacy and Numeracy which is reflected in our 2014 NAPLAN results. In Year 3, our school’s mean scores were above the ACT’s mean scores in every domain, and were significantly higher in the areas of writing, spelling, and grammar & punctuation. In Year 5, mean scores were also above the ACT’s mean scores in writing, spelling, and grammar and punctuation.
Our Early Learning Centre provides a Catholic pre-school education which complements the rich inquiry based learning in our primary school.
We have an active and involved parent community who work collaboratively with the staff to build strong links between the home, school and parish. The Parents & Friends Association is very active, supporting the school and its community in many ways. They continue to fund resources to enhance the teaching and learning.
The school maintains long established links with the local community through fund-raising activities for organisations such as L’Arche and St Vincent de Paul.
Please contact us if you are interested in joining our learning community. Prospective parents are warmly invited to visit us for a personal tour of the school and its facilities. If you have any questions please contact the school via email email@example.com or phone 02 6281 4811.
May Jesus journey with you in Faith, Hope and Love.
