P and F News Week 5!

REMINDER: Special Tuckshop Day - Tuesday 5 March

All orders for our Special Tuckshop Day close by 10am Friday 1 March via QKR!. Those students attending ELC on Tuesday 5 March can also participate for Special Tuckshop Day.

There are two options, both $9 each:

Option 1: Nuggets and Chips
Option 2: Veg Sushi Rolls (GF and Veg)

If you are able to volunteer between 9am-11:00am on Tuesday to help distribute the special meals, please contact Steph on 0401 097 819.

Join the P&F - opportunities available

The P&F is a group of parents, carers and friends who support the school through fundraising, uniform, canteen and other activities. In 2023, we organised a number of fun events including Special Tuckshop Days, Trivia Night, Mother’s and Father’s Day stalls, the annual Kids Disco, working bees, and the Fete. The funds raised have helped the school revamp the oval and will also contribute to the new playground.

We are looking for people interested in the following Executive Coordinator roles, including:

Communication and Engagement Coordinator
Events Coordinator
Fundraising and Donations Coordinator

This year, we will continue to organise these great events and welcome anyone to join us in this effort. There are many opportunities to participate in the P&F at any commitment level.

19 March (Week 8)	P&F meeting	7pm School Kitchen	All welcome - there is no pressure to get involved. See what goes on behind the scenes
22 March (Week 8)	School Community BBQ	5:30pm School Oval	Each Term 1 of the school year, the P&F and School organise a BBQ on a Friday evening for our families as an opportunity to meet other families and welcome the new school year. As our oval is still growing, we will hold our BBQ in week 8 of the term. More details on what to bring will be provided.

Uniform Shop

The Uniform Shop is open on Tuesday mornings in the odd weeks of school term from 8:30am to 9:00 am.

If you are unable to attend the Uniform Shop in person, please place an order through Qkr! App by 2pm the previous Friday. Uniform orders will be delivered to your child’s class on the following Tuesday.
