Buru
Buru is the Ngunnawal word for kangaroo.
This house unites under the value of stewardship and the earth element of Country. They are symbolised by the kangaroo and the colour green.
At Holy Trinity, we are called to be stewards of God’s Creation and to care for the earth and its inhabitants. We understand that we have been entrusted with the preservation of the precious resources that support life and are committed to this mission. Stewardship forms the foundation for ethical choices and sustainable practices that ensure the well-being of both current and future generations and for the Country that we live on. We recognise that by caring for Country, Country will care for us.
