Welcome to Week 3
Dear families and carers,
Last week our I was fortunate to join Catholic leaders across the Archdiocese for Catholic Leaders Day. Archbishop Prowse reminded us of the importance of walking together synodally journeying side-by-side as a faith community with open hearts, listening ears and shared purpose. That message etched itself further into our hearts during the annual Marian Procession in Goulburn last Sunday. With hundreds of pilgrims of all ages and cultural backgrounds, the procession began at St Saviour’s Cathedral, Goulburn, made its way along Bourke Street, and finished in pilgrimage with a Mass at Sts Peter & Paul’s Old Cathedral (Pictured below). The procession symbolising movement, faith-filled action and community and represents one way we can all walk together.
Grandparents Day
It was a wonderful celebration for our grandparents & grandfriends last Friday at Holy Trinity, with beautiful weather, a special Prayer Liturgy and delicious scones it was the perfect end to the week.
Bike security
We sadly had a bike go missing during the day from school. Please ensure if your child rides to school they have a lock to keep their bike securely locked throughout the day.
