This week I invited parents to complete the Tell Them From Me (TTFM) Partners in Learning survey. As we value the role of parents and carers within our school community we would greatly appreciate your feedback. The information you provide will be used to maintain our commitment to working together in partnership to further improve student learning and well being at Holy Trinity Primary School.
The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. You are able to access the parent survey on your computer or mobile device by using the URL code I sent you via Compass at the beginning of the week. This is to ensure security, so that only Holy Trinity parents are accessing the survey to complete. Please note that access to this survey will close on Friday 9th of June at 4:30pm.
Congratulations to the Khera family (Sierra 1 Red) on the recent birth of a beautiful baby boy! We look forward to also presenting our Year 6 Confirmation candidates this weekend at our Parish Masses.

Preschool Learning Journeys
The ELC will be hosting Learning Journeys on 19-23 June (Week 9). This is an opportunity for families to view the classroom learning environment, child's learning portfolio, reflect together on the learning and create goals for Semester Two. There is no need to schedule your learning journey visit, but if you would like time to speak with your child's teacher, please contact them directly for a meeting.
July School Holiday Program
The ELC is now taking bookings for the July School Holiday Program which runs from 3-17 July (Monday 17 July is a system wide pupil free day). The holiday program provides a relaxing, fun and engaging space for Preschool and Kindergarten children. Please click here to book your child in for some or all available days.
Stay and Play
Stay and Play is a playgroup for pre-preschoolers and their carer each Wednesday in school term 9am-10am in the ELC Adventure Garden (weather permitting). All families and the broader community are welcome to attend.
Hats
Sun Smart recommendation is for children to be outdoors without the need for hats in the months of June and July. ELC hats can stay at home for these months, and beanies may be worn instead!
Casual Preschool Plus, Before and After School Care Bookings
The ELC welcomes casual bookings for Preschoolers, Kindergarten and Year One children currently enrolled in the ELC. Bookings can be made by calling or emailing the ELC office. elc.holytrinity@cg.catholic.edu.au

The P&F is a forum for parents to provide input on parent priorities and suggest ideas, support the School Board and policies, raise money for student resources, and provide support for school programs and student services.
Our next meeting is Wednesday 14 June - we invite all parents to attend our meetings - there is no pressure to get involved. We encourage parents to see what goes on behind the scenes and contribute to discussions if they wish.
We will begin at 7pm in the staff kitchen with a friendly drink, and kick off the meeting at 7:30pm. |

Congratulations to Ilaria in Year 4 who completed in a gymanstics competion in Newcastle last weekend. Ilaria placed 1st on Vault, 5th on Floor & Bar and 10th on Beam, whilst taking home a silver medal for her strength and flexibility. Ilaria is training hard for her next interstate competition in 2 weeks and we wish her well.
